Seller and contact information
RenterSet is the customer-facing seller. For the business contact address, phone and support email, see Contact & Store Information.
Products and orders
RenterSet lists products with available variants, USD prices and relevant product descriptions. Inventory can change, so RenterSet checks availability and delivery before offering payment.
A shopping bag or payment redirect alone does not constitute an accepted paid order. We confirm payment through the provider and supply an order reference when an order is recorded.
Payment and shipping
The payable item total, selected delivery service and seller-collected shipping charges are displayed before payment. We only offer destinations supported by the configured delivery rates. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Warehouse processing precedes carrier transit, and customs or carrier delays may occur.
Depending on destination and delivery terms, customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges may be payable separately by the recipient. Check the product checkout disclosures before paying. We do not advertise tax-inclusive delivery without confirmation.
Fulfillment and tracking
Live checkout is available only for products and destinations that pass the availability, delivery and payment checks shown during checkout. After payment is confirmed, RenterSet submits the order for supplier fulfillment and provides tracking when the carrier reports it. Existing orders remain eligible for tracking, support, refunds and disputes as applicable. Delivery details are shared only where necessary to ship an actual order. Carrier updates may arrive later.
